HPS created cookies & helped restock the Surge Cupboard on Valentine’s Day

The Health and Public Safety Division’s Connect Committee invited all of the division’s faculty and staff to enjoy a special Valentine’s Day event that benefited the Surge Cupboard.

The committee members brought in supplies for a cookie decorating station, which was available throughout the day on February 14.

Employees also were asked to “spread the love” by bringing in items to donate to the Surge Cupboard food pantry.

Committee member Patricia Christos reported that everyone had an opportunity to decorate and enjoy some festive treats, and the Surge Cupboard collection box was filled– so the day was a success for all!
