CState is recognized in Ohio “State of Higher Education” report
Cincinnati State accomplishments were included in the “State of Higher Education in Ohio” report published by the Ohio Department of Higher Education this month.
The report is a comprehensive review of notable achievements of Ohio’s public and private higher education institutions during 2022.
Cincinnati State President Monica Posey is recognized (p. 2 of the report) for her role as the Chair of the President’s Council of the Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC). Dr. Posey is also the Vice-Chair of OACC.
In the report section on RAPIDS grants (p. 11), Cincinnati State students are shown in one of the photos. RAPIDS (Regionally Aligned Priorities in Delivering Skills) funding helps institutions purchase equipment to provide hands-on learning that meet the unique needs of regional employers.
