This week, the Office of Online Learning is providing Blackboard Office Hours and other “on-demand” support.

Blackboard Office Hours (both in-person and via Zoom) are facilitated by Dr. Jon McKamey, Instructional Designer
- Monday, Dec. 5 – 10-11 a.m. – ATLC 437 & Zoom
- Tuesday, Dec. 6 – 2-3 p.m. – ATLC 437 & Zoom
- Thursday, Dec. 8 – 11 a.m.-noon – ATLC 437 & Zoom
- Friday, Dec. 9 – 9-10 a.m. – ATLC 437 & Zoom
Drop in as needed to get help with specific Blackboard tools, troubleshooting, or any remote learning-related topic. Come prepared with your specific needs– which could include Blackboard Grade Center, Course Copy, Date Management, reorganization or clean up to prepare for the new semester, or other concerns– and you’ll get help seeking solutions.
