St. X students supported CState Food Pantry
Students from Cincinnati’s St. Xavier High School visited the Cincinnati State Surge Cupboard Food Pantry in late November with a donation of four cartloads of food collected during the high school’s annual food drive.
J.K. Klaiber, the Community Service Director at St. Xavier, said, “St. X is proud to be able to support the Surge Cupboard with a modest donation of food as part of our annual food drive.”
“It’s important that our students learn that hunger that can exist anywhere– even a college campus,” Klaiber added. “We are happy to collect food door-to-door to share with our neighbors in need of a little extra help.”
