Students can locate sources of support at Community Resource Fair on Nov. 8
All Cincinnati State students are invited to a Community Resource Fair on Tuesday, November 8, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the ATLC First Floor Lounge.
Representatives from several community and campus organizations will be available to talk to students individually about services that promote access to basic needs and support emotional wellness.
Participating groups include the Cincinnati State Counseling Center, the Surge Cupboard Food Pantry, the Student Anxiety Support Group, the Mallory Child Care Center, Metro transportation, and other College and community organizations.
Also, members of the campus community can contribute new or gently used coats, gloves, hats, or scarves to the Student Government Association’s Coat Drive. A Drop Box for donations will be available at the Resource Fair.
The Coat Drive continues through November 23.
Donated items will be distributed to the CState Parenting Resource Center and to community organizations.
The Community Resource Fair is sponsored by Student Activities, Counseling Services, and the Parenting Resource Center.
