Forums for HPS Dean candidates are open to all

All members of the College community are invited to attend in-person Open Forums with the two final candidates for the position of Dean of the Health & Public Safety Division.

These forums are part of the Provost’s interview process for candidates and will take place:

Friday, October 28, 9 to 10 a.m., HPB 02 – Jenna Beck, JD – Professor and Chair, Law and Public Safety Department, Sinclair Community College
Friday, November 4, 9 to 10 a.m., HPB 02 – Kristina Long, EJD (Executive Juris Doctor-Education Law), Director of Public Safety Programs, Mohave Community College

During the open forums, each candidate will deliver a presentation of no more than 30 minutes discussing their background and experience, accomplishments, and vision for the HPS Division. Then, a 30-minute question-and-answer session will take place.

Following each forum, attendees will have the opportunity to complete a survey that assesses strengths and areas of growth for each candidate.
