Need to report a facilities problem? There’s an app for that.

The Facilities work request website, called Asset Essentials (also known as “Dude Solutions,” and by its previous name, “School Dude”) has a mobile app that allows you to report problems and request assistance from your phone.

After you download the app from your preferred app store, follow these steps:

• For Client ID, type cincinnatistate (no spaces and all lowercase).
• Log in using your Cincinnati State login name and password. (You might need to do this step twice.)
• Click to download a guide for using the app and tracking your work requests.
