Need help from the Facilities Dept? Here’s how to send your work request.
If you need assistance from the CState Facilities Department, please use the online “Dude Solutions” system to place your Facilities Work Request.
The Dude Solutions system is integrated with other Cincinnati State online resources– so you’ll be able to use your standard Cincinnati State login and password when you need to turn in a Facilities Work Request.
The online form allows you to request help for a variety of facilities and maintenance concerns.
Using the Dude Solutions system rather than other channels (such as email and/or phone calls) will result in a faster turnaround time for solutions to your problem.

Of course, emergencies should always be reported to Facilities via phone call or text message to (513) 569-1559, and also reported to Campus Police.
- If you report an emergency by phone you’ll hear a voice message that says “Press 1 for Campus Police; press 2 for Environmental Services; press 3 for Maintenance, Heating, Cooling, or Grounds.”
- Choices 2 and 3 connect you to Kim Vasko, Director of Facilities. Choice 1 connects you to UC Dispatch, the relay service for messages to Cincinnati State Campus Police.
