Extended hours to pick up parking passes offered on Aug. 24 & 25 and during first week of semester
The Parking Services window (ATLC 204A, near the Student Activities Office) will offer extended hours on Wednesday, August 24 and Thursday, August 25, as well as during the first week of the semester, to assist students and employees who need to pick up their Prox Card (parking access card).
Each student or employee must pick up their own Prox Card, and must show a photo ID.
Parking Services hours are:
- August 24 – noon-8 p.m.
- August 25 – noon-8 p.m.
- August 26 – 7 a.m.- 4 p.m.
- August 29 through September 2 – 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.
Standard hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday will resume on Tuesday, September 6.
Parking Voucher process announced
College departments that need parking vouchers for campus visitors and guests should use the Parking Voucher Request eForm to place an order, which will be billed at a cost of $5 per voucher.
Departments with a supply of vouchers on hand should check the expiration date– if the date is in the future, the voucher should still work. Departments with expired vouchers on hand can exchange them for new ones.
