Copy this: New copiers to be installed on July 18 & 19

New Toshiba multi-function photocopying machines will be installed in division and department offices on Monday, July 18, and Tuesday, July 19, and the current Xerox copiers will be removed. Little down time is expected during the installation process.

The schedule for the machine exchange is:

July 18 – Installation begins at the Evendale (WDC) Campus, followed by the Middletown and Harrison Campuses.
July 19 – Installation begins in the ATLC on Clifton Campus, followed by the Health Professions Building, the Main Building, and the Occupational Therapy House.

Representatives for the new vendor, Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises, will be on hand during installation to assist with training on using the new copiers.

Follow-up training and support is available on demand to divisions/departments that request additional assistance.

Personnel from College offices were involved in the selection process for the new equipment.
