Benefits Open Enrollment continues until June 20; help is available from HR

All Cincinnati State employees who are eligible for College-provided health benefits must complete the online Open Enrollment process by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, June 20, even if you want to keep your coverage the same or if you are waiving benefits.

Benefits selected during Open Enrollment go into effect on July 1, 2022.

Benefits-eligible employees received an email message from Human Resources Director Falonda Rodgers on Monday, June 6, with more information about how to complete Open Enrollment processes.

The message from HR included:

• a flyer that summarizes changes to benefits for 2022-23
• a PDF booklet with details about benefits choices
• a link to a video overview of benefits
• the link to the portal to complete the online Open Enrollment process

• Schedule a 30-minute virtual one-on-one session with Dina Henderson or Falonda Rodgers by sending an email message to hr@cincinnatistate.edu. Please include a date and time selected from options below. You’ll receive a Teams or Zoom link for your session.
  • June 8 or 10 – 9 a.m. to noon or 1 to 4 p.m.
  • June 13, 15, or 17 – 9 a.m. to noon or 1 to 4 p.m.
