Students can pick up Commencement tickets for their guests
Tickets for guests who will be attending Cincinnati State’s Commencement on May 7 are available for pick-up this week on Clifton, Middletown, and Harrison campuses.
Students received information from the Registrar’s Office about ticket availability.
Each graduating student is allotted a total of 8 general admission tickets to Cintas Center for their family members and other Commencement guests.
Graduating students (and College employees) do not need a ticket to enter Cintas Center.
To be eligible to receive Commencement tickets, graduates need to have completed an “Intent to Participate in Commencement” eForm.
A link to the eForm is available from the Graduation and Commencement page of the College website: https://www.cincinnatistate.edu/graduation-and-commencement.
- On Tuesday, April 26, and Wednesday, April 27, the Registrar’s Office on Clifton Campus and the Middletown Campus will offer extended hours (until 6 p.m.) for ticket pick-up.
- On Saturday, April 30, the Registrar’s Office on Clifton Campus will be open for ticket pick-up from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Saturday hours are for Clifton Campus only.)
Graduates must pick up their tickets in person and must bring a form of identification such as a Surge I.D. card, driver’s license, or other form of government-issued I.D.
If extra tickets are available, students will receive an email message with this information a few days prior to Commencement.
Academic regalia for employees who ordered attire will be distributed to division/department offices this week.
Note: All those attending Commencement must follow Cintas Center rules for items brought into the building, including bags and purses. A link to these regulations is on the Graduation and Commencement web page.
