Condolences to the family of Connie Campbell (Updated)

Connie Campbell, an Emeritus Professor and long-time faculty member in the Business Division, died on April 5, 2022.

In her more than 35 years of teaching at Cincinnati State and the University of Cincinnati, Connie helped thousands of students gain business technology skills leading to employment with companies throughout the Tri-state.

Connie was a recipient of the House/Bruckmann Faculty Excellence Award and she helped to implement and support numerous College-wide, division, and program initiatives and activities.

She enjoyed sharing her knowledge, experience, and sense of fun with her many friends and colleagues.

Connie also was a certified horticulturalist and an avid gardener.

• A celebration of Connie’s life was held on Saturday, April 16 in LaGrange, KY.
   
• A memorial event will take place Saturday, April 23, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Arlington Memorial Gardens in Mt. Healthy, Ohio.
   
• After the service at the cemetery, the family invites friends to join them at Fellowship Hall at nearby First Baptist Church of Mt. Healthy (1210 Compton Rd., Cincinnati, 45231) from 2 to 3:30 p.m. for some food and time together.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation or the Japanese Garden at the Louisville Botanical Garden.
