Safe Zone 2.0 Training offered by In the Zone Club

The “In The Zone” student organization invites members of the College community to participate in “Safe Zone 2.0 Training” on Wednesday, March 16, from 11 a.m. to noon in ATLC 313.

• The purpose of the training is to enhance basic understanding of terminologies and social, cultural, and historical issues that have an impact on many people– including those who identify as LGBTQ+ along with their allies.
   
• The training, facilitated by Professor Ronnie Gladden, will emphasize nationally-recognized practices for sustaining LGBTQ+ allyship and solidarity.

The “In the Zone” Club at Cincinnati State works toward providing a safe, supportive environment for gay, lesbian, transgender, and questioning students and their straight allies.
