Nominations for the House/Bruckmann Faculty Excellence Award and the Adjunct Faculty Excellence Award for 2022 close in less than a week, on Monday, Feb. 28.

To nominate a full-time, tenured faculty member for the House/Bruckmann Award, use this online form: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3FPTN7N_21FAC.

To nominate an adjunct faculty member for the Adjunct Excellence Award, use this online form: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NDBJPSG_ADJ21

Reminders for Submitting and Revising Nominations:

You may revise or add to a previously-submitted nomination until Feb. 28, but you must use the same computer and browser you used to submit the original nomination. To submit a NEW nomination, you will need to clear your browser’s history OR use another computer or browser.
When you type details on the nomination form, you’ll enter text into small textboxes with a limit of about 300 words. It’s recommended that you draft your nomination in an MS Word or text document, and then copy and paste the text into the nomination form.
