CTL webinar series explores Post-Traumatic Growth

The Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) is offering to Cincinnati State employees a webinar series on Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG), which is defined as the ability to “find new meaning from highly challenging and highly stressful life circumstances.”

The webinar series developed by CTL Learning Facilitator Dr. Valencia Moses includes four 30-minute sessions.

Participants will earn one Continuing Education Credit (CEU) after viewing all four sessions, and can earn up to 2 additional CEUs by choosing to complete reflection worksheets that you’ll to return to the CTL.
