Employee Vax Incentive winners for Week 2 announced
Eight Cincinnati State employees received a $100 gift card for Spavia Day Spa in the second week prize drawing for the Employee Vaccination Incentive Program.
More than 200 College employees have entered the Incentive Program by completing the Employee Vaccination Incentive eForm.

- A variety of gift card prizes will be awarded to 8 winners each week, with drawings each Monday through Dec. 20.
- Full-time and part-time employees (working during Fall Semester) who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have received the first dose of a 2-dose vaccine are eligible for weekly prizes.
- Fully-vaccinated employees also are eligible for the $5,000 grand prize drawing that will take place Dec. 20.
