Common Time on Oct. 11 will provide an overview of accreditation

During Common Time on Monday, Oct. 11, Provost Robbin Hoopes and Associate Provost Denise Rohr will provide a brief, high-level overview of the processes required to maintain Cincinnati State’s accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).

The 30-minute Zoom session will describe upcoming HLC visits, reports, and related activities.

Provost Hoopes said the session also will explain the “dark matrix” of requirements that involve the Higher Learning Commission, the Ohio Department of Higher Education, and the U.S. Department of Education.

Common Time begins at 3 p.m. and is open to all College employees.
