Condolences to Linda Romero Smith

Neva “Kay” (Huddleston) Hanzlick, the mother of Linda Romero Smith, died on Sep. 25, 2021.

Kay loved babysitting her grandchildren and cheering on her kids, grandkids, and college students at as many sporting events as she could attend. She enjoyed playing bridge, gardening, shopping, sewing, decorating, and sharing laughter, wild tales, and cheer with her friends.

A celebration of life will take place Wednesday, Sep. 29, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Augusta, Kansas, followed by a Memorial Service at 12:30 p.m.

Memorial donations may be made payable to the ALS Keith Worthington Chapter, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
