Info sessions help students prepare for co-op & full-time job interviews with P&G
Students who are interested in applying for Procter & Gamble’s Successway Co-op program or for full-time positions in Research & Development at P&G can learn more at information sessions on Sep. 22 (in-person) and Sep. 30 (virtual).
The information sessions, led by Business Division Co-op Coordinator Adam Waits, help prepare potential candidates for P&G’s unique application process, including the online application, assessments, and behavioral-based interviewing.
Session dates/times are:

- Thursday, Sep. 30, 5 p.m., Virtual
To register for any of the sessions, students should log in to CState CareerLink at https://cincinnatistate-csm.symplicity.com/students.

The P&G Successway Co-op program offers two semesters of full-time co-op work for students who are earning degrees in Associate of Arts, Business Technology fields, or Information Technology fields.
Other program qualifications include:
- GPA of 2.5 or higher, with at least 12 credit hours completed
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel)
P&G full-time positions in Research and Development are open to graduates or close-to-graduation students in Engineering Technology fields, or Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science programs with concentrations in Biology or Chemistry.
- Work assignments will focus on applied research and new product development.
- Students who still need to complete co-op requirements will be able to apply the P&G work experience toward their degree.
