Is the Wi-Fi working? ITS seeks feedback!

The Information Technology Services Department is seeking feedback from on-campus users of College Wi-Fi in all locations (except the Main Building on Clifton Campus).

The College purchased new Wi-Fi equipment in December 2019 to improve a campus Wi-Fi environment that was not meeting expectations.

  • Reassessment of the Wi-Fi equipment was performed in January, February, and March of 2021, with help from external consultants.
     
  • Significant changes were made to the Wi-Fi environment, followed by substantial testing.
     
  • ITS is now seeking feedback from the College community to confirm the Wi-Fi reassessment, and appreciates your help!
