Common Time on Apr. 26 includes a party to greet new employees

Common Time on Monday, Apr. 26, from 3 to 4:30 p.m., includes an update, and a party!

From 3 to 3:30, the Admission Office Update will inform everyone about key efforts to recruit students for Fall semester and the positive results so far.

• Debbie Poweleit and Kevin Wesselman from Admissions will share information about a new pilot project with the Business Division that creates targeted messages to prospective students, making it easier to connect with these students sooner and help them move to enrolled status at Cincinnati State.

Then starting at 3:30, all are invited to remain for a Welcome Party for New Employees, hosted by the Celebrating Community Committee and President Posey.

• The virtual welcome will celebrate and welcome full-time and part-time employees who joined the College during the pandemic (from March 2020 to April 2021), and learn a little about their work and their hobbies.
   
• The event will include games, prizes, and plenty of laughs with MCs Geoff Woolf and Kathleen Pickens.

Employees from across the College are invited to share your welcome messages with new employees via chat during the virtual party.
