Help available for students with food insecurity
A new resource is available to assist students with food insecurity while the Surge Cupboard Food Pantry remains closed.
Students who meet eligibility criteria may be able to receive Supplemental Federal Assistance Program, or SNAP, benefits (food stamps) in Ohio to help purchase groceries.
- To learn more about the criteria for students receiving SNAP benefits, download the flyer or visit benefits.ohio.gov.
Students with food insecurity concerns also can contact the FreeStore FoodBank or FoodPantries.org for additional information on resources available.
