Alumni Association “Cinco de Mayo” virtual dinner supports scholarships

Tickets are still available for the Cinco de Mayo virtual dinner on Thursday, May 5, hosted by the Cincinnati State Alumni Association and sponsored by Sysco.

The $75 ticket cost supports Cincinnati State student scholarships, and provides:

  • Pre-portioned ingredients for a 4-person meal, featuring:
    • Mexican Street Corn Salad
    • Chicken Enchiladas over Mexican Rice and Refried Beans with traditional Mole Sauce
    • Authentic Churros Mexicanos for dessert
  • Recipe cards
  • Reusable gift bag packed with all dinner ingredients (photo below)
  • Access to the online cooking show on May 5, at 6 p.m., where Presenting Chefs (and CState alums) Debbie Knueven Gannaway (Gramma Debbie’s Kitchen), Dillon Ruby (Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment), and Kyle Nared will help you prepare your meal.
     
    The Meal Kits will be available for pick-up prior to the event.
