Mill Creek Expressway Project
Monday, January 8 – Thursday, January 11
- Full closure of Spring Grove Avenue, between Colerain Avenue and Millcreek Road, nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day. Traffic will be detoured via Spring Grove Avenue, Monmouth Avenue, Central Parkway, and Ludlow Avenue.
